Going the Extra Mile for You
In the spring of 2008, I embarked on an adventure that changed my life and how I look at the words "work" and "dedication". I signed up for and ran the annual Shamrock Shuffle in 40°F weather. I had always been a seasonal jogger, but never considered myself a runner. Soon after that 8k run, I signed up for a Half Marathon and officially became a runner. Since that first 8k, I ran in multiple Half Marathons, 5ks, 8ks, an Urbanathalon and my first full 26.2 Marathon October 11,2009. Now I am currently training for another Marathon that will take place in October 2010. What most don't realize is that in order to run a Marathon, you must train for hours, running about 20-30 miles per week. While training, I realized this dedication and determination is exactly how I must treat each and everyone that I work with, either helping sell or buy their home. To get to the closing table, I will go that extra mile for you.
Time to be a landlord?
It seams that people will always need a reason to move. Lets be honest, you buy a home and most of the time you think to yourself that you will only need to be there for about 3-5 years. This is very typical for a lot of people who I have sold to over the last 8 years. Now the 3-5 years has passed and these home owners are expanding their families, renting storage space, living in clutter or are just... Read More →
FHA LAUNCHES NEW PROGRAM FOR UNDERWATER HOMEOWNERS
Looks like they are going to give this whole “Stabilizing the Home Values” thing another shot. This time they are targeting responsible homeowners. Looks like the cry of “Where is my bailout” from responsible people might have been heard. Past programs have done little to balance things out, so this is another attempt to stabilize. I for one will applaud this if the lenders... Read More →

The incidence of both type 1 and type 2 diabetes is rapidly increasing.... Read More →

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!!!
I think that sometimes people forget how good we have it in this country and it is good to remember WHY we have it so good. Make sure to thank those who currently wear the Uniform of our country and especially those who have worn the uniform. Those today are only continuing the great work of people like both of my Grandpas who served in WW2. If you are traveling at all this weekend, hopefully... Read More →
