Len Nevin, is a fourth-generation real estate salesperson who can tie his roots to Chicago for over one hundred years. He began his real estate career with Koenig & Strey in the Winter of 2001. Living in the Chicagoland area his whole life, he is very knowledgeable of the great neighborhoods and culture that this great city has to offer. Len’s passion for helping people has brought him to Mexico twice in his life to give back to those less fortunate. On the local level, has given back to the community in many volunteer outings and by helping the youth ministries of local churches. Married in May of 2005, Len spends his free time with his wife and stays active in all that Chicago has to offer.
Len believes that honesty and ethics are the two things that help those achieve their goals and he brings that to the table with every person he works with. With a background in computers and engineering, Len can also bring the latest technologies to work for his clients to get the job done for their benefit.
As the Director of Technology and Training for the Orleans office, he was instrumental in bringing the latest technologies to the office for the benefit of all the agents. Len currently acts as the Technology Trainer for all of Koenig & Strey. He brings classes to all of the agents from the Western Suburbs to Chicago and Chicago’s North Shore offices on topics including: Microsoft Outlook, internet marketing, Social Media usage and marketing, smart phones and client interaction. With the market changing daily and technology doing the same, Len is passionate about being on top of those changes so that his clients are continually being offered the absolute best service.
