Who is Len Nevin?

Len Nevin is a fourth-generation Real Estate professional who began his Real Estate career with Koenig & Strey in the spring of 2003. Being a fourth-generation Real Estate professional is something he is very proud of. From his Great Grandfather who had a thriving business until the Great Depression to his recently late Grandfather who taught him to always focus on listings, he feels Real Estate is the family business and is happy to be a part of it.

Len’s passion for helping people has brought him to Mexico twice in his life to give back to those less fortunate. On the local level he has given back to the community in many volunteer outings and by helping the youth ministries of local churches. Married in May of 2005 Len spends his free time with his wife and stays active training for Marathons, 5ks’ 10k’s and most any other kind of “k”.
 
Len believes that honesty and ethics are the two things that help those achieve their goals and he brings that to the table with every person he works with. As one of the sales and technology trainers for a company of over 1000 agents, he has been instrumental in bringing the latest technologies to the office for the benefit of all the agents. With the market changing daily and technology doing the same, Len is passionate about being on top of those changes so that his agents and clients are continually being offered the absolute best service.
