Since 2001 I have been successful helping people sell their homes or investment properties because not only am I familiar with market conditions and marketing strategies, I am upfront about my terms and expectations. All of my listings follow these criteria:
- Comparable properties and pricing are discussed and agreed upon.
- 5% Listing Commission (6% For Short Sales or Bank Owned).
- 2.5% of the Listing Commission is offered to a buyers agent.
- 1 year listing that can be canceled after 180 days with 30 days written notice.
- Keys are left with a door person or a lock box is placed at property.
- Exterior and interior photos will be taken of the property (minimum of 9 photos).
- All showings are confirmed by me, no automation.
- Showing agents are contacted for feedback via email and phone.
- I offer a combination of print and web marketing to 100′s of sites.
- I am an expert in Internet marketing that will expose your property to 1000′s of potential buyers.
- Guaranteed Feature Listing on Realtor.com.
- I will keep in touch with you(the seller) at a frequency that you choose and how you choose.
- I will present all written and verbal offers to you on your behalf.
- I promise that I will always be honest with you regarding your home and the sales process.
